Welcome, 

  I’m Georgina, and I created Take Action, Live Life to help older adults stay active, strong, and confident — no matter your age or health.

With years of experience supporting older adults and those living with long-term health conditions, I know that the right kind of movement can improve strength, balance, mobility, and wellbeing. My goal is to make exercise approachable, enjoyable, and tailored to real-life needs.

Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from an illness, or just want to stay active, this is the place for you.

What I Believe

You don’t have to be “fit” to start moving.

Gentle progress is powerful progress.

Exercise should be safe, supportive, and fun.

When I’m not teaching, I love walking my dog, swimming, paddle boarding, and spending time with my family. 

I also volunteer in my local village — staying connected is just as important as staying active!
